Gayla brings a broad range of experience teaching into her classes including yoga to families, seniors, corporation employees, group and private students, as well as yoga for cardiac rehab clients.

  • On-site Workplace Yoga: 45-minute lunchtime classes emphasize reduction of workplace stresses and prepares one for the remainder of the day. 75-90 minute after-work classes are adaptable to all, and focus on balance of mind, body, and spirit with breath work, asanas for strength, flexibility, energy, and relaxation.
  • Private and Public classes: are offered for introductory, restorative, and gentle focuses as well as specific populations such as seniors, families, and those in cardiac rehabilitation and with life-threatening illnesses.
